Engineering Services
The engineering staff at ADM will provide quick solutions to your problems. It doesn't matter if it is implementing a simple ECO, complete custom design or redesign of your product, it will get done in an efficient, professional manner. We have designed several custom power distribution, water distribution, 19 inch rack assemblies and many other products. Sometimes this starts with a size constraint and a hand drawn schematic. We will take this and come back with a full design package. This package would include mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, schematics, wire run lists and a bill of materials. Do you currently wire your machine point to point? We can increase your profitability by harnessing your machine. We will come to your facility, measure your machine and come back with a harness that will drop right in. All you do is plug in the connectors and test. Unlike our competitors, we enjoy building first run or prototype products. We like to be in on the ground floor with our customers on projects. This helps us to understand your product better. Often times this will turn into production, since we would already be familiar with the product this would save time in the end. |
