Sub-One Technology is the industry leader in advanced coatings for internal and external surfaces. In September of 2006, Sub-One contacted ADM to help with redesign and packaging of a new product line that was being released to the market in the second quarter of 2007.

Their InnerArmor technology offers an environmentally friendly alternative to chrome plating. InnerArmor technology has a significant role in the oil, gas, and automotive industry. The benefits of InnerArmor coatings include:

• Increases corrosion resistance
• Increases surface hardness
• Increases wear resistance
• Reduces friction
• Extends component operating life
• Decreases operating costs

ADM's involvement with the redesign was to repackage and manufacture:

• Power Distribution Assembly
• I/O Controller
• System Harness

Since then, ADM redesigned new panel layouts and developed their control harness for this application. ADM has built eighteen of their systems since early 2007. We have also been involved in custom applications for specific needs of the end user.
