Core SystemsADM has had a long standing relationship with one semiconductor equipment manufacturer where we were deeply involved in the development of their product. In January of 1997, Krytek Corporation contracted ADM to provide engineering services. ADM was given the responsibility to design some of the major components for the Krytek 250 source conditioner. At the conclusion of the design, ADM became the sole supplier of these parts for every tool that they built. Over the next few years, Krytek transferred the manufacturing to ADM. By late 2001, Core Systems of Sunnyvale, CA acquired Krytek Corp. ADM worked closely with their engineering and manufacturing departments to help develop the next generation tool, the Krytek 300 Source Conditioner.
